At RISE Outdoor, our intent is to make equipment that you can trust to take almost anywhere in the world. We take great care and attention with every design decision and the material we choose to ensure the highest level of workmanship possible, to provide you with the highest level of comfort and protection from Mother Nature’s elements.
And because we also understand that things can and do go wrong from time to time, we stand behind our products with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials to the original owner, with proof of purchase.
RISE Outdoor Innovation Inc. warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase. We will provide a replacement and/or part(s) for any part found to be defective.
Original part(s) approved for return by RISE Outdoor Innovation Inc. must be returned prepaid.
RISE Outdoor Innovation Inc. shall not be liable under this or any implied warranty for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty shall be void if the unit is not assembled or operated in accordance with the operation instructions provided with this unit; the unit is resold or traded to another owner; components, accessories, not compatible with the unit have been used; or the user has abused or otherwise failed to maintain the unit.
To process a warranty claim, RISE Outdoor Innovation Inc. requires proof of your date of purchase. You should retain your sales slip or invoice along with this certificate with your valuable documents. Previously used or second-hand units will not be granted warranty status.

How to Make a Claim—USA and Canadian Customers
1. Please send an email to: help@riseoutdoor.ca, detailing the issue and/or problem you’re currently dealing with.
2. We will review your claim and if it is a warranty-eligible request we will email you a return authorization number (RA#). Print this email including the RA# and include a copy in the box.
3. Please make sure the item(s) is clean and dry. Our policy requires that all items accepted for inspection are received in clean, dry condition. Items not clean will be returned.
4. Pack your gear in a sturdy cardboard box and be sure to include your RA number or printed email correspondence in the box.
5. Use a courier that can provide tracking and insurance for your package. RISE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
