General shipping information

All orders are processed through our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. Once your order is placed, it’s usually out the door in 24-48 hours. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the shipping courier. Please note that there can be a 24-48 hour delay for parcel tracking to activate.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order. 

Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or remote areas. We suggest using a friend’s address as the delivery option. 

RISE Outdoor Innovation Inc. will honour a full return for orders placed on our website within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Canadian Shipping

All Canadian orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground.
