Refund policy

RISE Outdoor Innovation Inc. will honour a full return for orders placed on our website within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Returned product(s) must be returned in new, unused, and clean condition, with all the original packaging and components. RISE reserves the right to deny a full refund and will return items that do not meet these requirements. Your refund will be issued within 2 weeks of receipt to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is not available, a merchandise credit will be issued in its place. Original shipping and return shipping costs, as well as customs and duties, will not be refunded. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
